RISE Program
RISE (Real-Time Intervention & Support for Empowerment) is a collaboration between Christophe Counseling & Associates and Re-Entry Solutions.
This 26-week Domestic Violence Education & Treatment Program combines clinical treatment with practical support services to help individuals break cycles of harm, rebuild healthier relationships, and restore stability.
Grounded in trauma-informed care and led by Candy Christophe, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Addiction Counselor, RISE provides both professional counseling and community-based support—helping participants move from crisis to empowerment.
